Cicada Innovations and CSL Behring Launch The Plasma Protein Purification Challenge

Australia’s pioneer deep tech incubator and community Cicada Innovations is collaborating with global biotech company CSL Behring to save and improve lives by tackling some of the biggest challenges in plasma protein production. Launching a global innovation challenge targeting rare diseases, Cicada and CSL are looking for ideas to improve upon CSL’s plasma purification business. Applications are now open, offering entrepreneurs, researchers, engineers, and academics from across the globe a chance to win funding of up to $40,000 AUD, Mentorship from CSL Behring and Cicada Innovations and a direct pathway to one of the world’s leading global biotech companies.
